Meditation for Managing Pain & Suffering ***NOW FULLY BOOKED***

Meditation for pain management employs mindfulness to alter our perception of discomfort, aiding in stress reduction and emotional regulation. Key techniques involve body scans, breath awareness and observing sensations without judgement, which can lessen pain and enhance quality of life.

The Nature of Suffering , while life’s challenges are unavoidable, our responses are within our control. As Buddhism states, “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.”  Could it be that suffering can be managed and does not always have to accompany pain?

Held on Tuesday 5th May from 6.30pm – 8pm
